![]() ![]() I have tried so many things to get this error to go away. I have updated drivers, lowered settings, moved my game files to SSD, upgraded my video card, among other things that I cannot remember. I am kicked back to a Windows (Windows 7 Pro SP1 x86) desktop with the error dialog box "Error 183 "Failed to Create Dump File"". I have been able to cause the error when running a performance check within CoH2 when I am sent to the screen that shows my FPS from the test. Occasionally I will receive this error when starting a game, but not as frequently as during the ending stats. I consistently get this crash error message at the end of each multiplayer game when I am sent to the ending stats screen. Although my solution to rebuild your OS is not always feasible, it did work in my situation. Below is my correspondence with Sega "Support" (or lack there of). The auto save feature does not work either.Me a écrit :Sorry to necropost, but I have been plagued with this "Error 183" as well and I wanted to share my experience. I think the root problem is that S元/360 has poor memory management and there are tons of memory leaks in it. When I moved to a brand new Windows 10 machine last year, the problem got exponentially worse. Its funny because S元 would crash when I was running Parallels on a Mac, but it happened way less frequently probably because Parallels manages the memory better and you set how much windows consumes. So I gave up trying to troubleshoot and just have to live with this happening many times per day on all lessons I work on, some created by others and some created by me. The real way to fix this is to generate a debug dump log file like other modern pieces of software, but it appears that is not built into storyline. It's always the same thing, like what were you doing when it happens. I have sent in files to Articulate in the past and there is NO reasonable path to a fix. Happens to other people I work with as well. Crashes many times a day in S元 and I recently moved to S元60 and the exact same thing happens. It's been happening to me for a LONG time. ![]()
